Sergey Mikhailov has been Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Cherkizovo Group since 2006. Mr. Mikhailov led Cherkizovo Group during its successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2006, making the Group the first Russian agricultural company listed on the LSE. Since 2006, Cherkizovo has been expanding rapidly and developing its business in Russia and it is now the country’s largest vertically integrated agricultural company and meat producer.
In 2001, Mr. Mikhailov was Marketing Director of Cherkizovo Meat Processing Plant. He was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the plant in 2002 and, a year later, he became its Chief Executive Officer.
In 1998, he founded the telecommunications company, aTelo, Inc., in the United States and was its CEO until 2001. In 1998, he trained as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs before moving to Morgan Stanley in 1999.
He graduated from Georgetown University (Washington DC) in 2000 with a degree in Finance and Economics.

Evgeny Mikhailov is Head of the Investment Project Department and a member of the Board of Directors of Cherkizovo Group OJSC. From 2004, he was also a member of the Board of Directors and First Deputy CEO of AIC Mikhailovsky OJSC. In 2002, he worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley, and, in 2001, was an assistant to the Vice President of the American telecommunications company aTelo, Inc. in Washington DC. He graduated from the University of California (Los Angeles) in 2004 with a degree in Business Economics.
Deputy CEO, Member of the Management BoardEmin Mammadov is an experienced senior manager with more than 20 years of expertise in the FMCG sector in emerging markets, including diverse experience of managing business units of large multinational companies in the RIMEA region (Russia, India, Middle East and Africa) and in China.

Ludmila Mikhailova has been the Group’s CFO since 2006. Her responsibilities include determining the Group's financial policy and managing internal and external financial statements. She is in charge of budgeting and sourcing funds for the Company’s development.
Between 2001 and 2004, Ludmila Mikhailova worked as a financial analyst at McFarlane Gordon Inc, General Mills Co (Canada) and ING Barings (Great Britain). She then held a number of managerial positions at Cherkizovo Group and AIC Cherkizovsky.
A number of major transactions were implemented under Ludmila’s supervision, allowing the Group to consolidate approximately 13 % of Russia’s national poultry market. In 2006, the company successfully carried out its IPO on the London Stock Exchange, raising over $250 mln.
Ludmila Mikhailova is ranked among the Top 1000 Russian Managers.
She graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation and received an MBA from York University, Canada.
Director of the MC Poultry Breeding, Head of Feed and Crop segments, Management Board member
Maksim Zudin has been Director of Poultry Division at Cherkizovo Group since 2017. Since 2020 he has also been Head of Feed and Crop segments.
From 2015 till 2018 Maksim was Head of Agro Division of Cherkizovo Group. He was responsible for strategic development of pork, feed and crop production segments.
Prior to joining Cherkizovo Group, Maksim has been Head of oil production division in Solnechniye Produkti. Fr om 2003 till 2013 he was Head of Agro Division as well as a member of the management board in “Razgulay” Group wh ere he was responsible for the East branch and played a key role in the project “Krupa”.
He is a graduate of Moscow State University with a degree in Mechanics and Mathematics.
COO, Production Director at Tambov Turkey, Management Board member
Since 2020 Ray Cheeks has been holding the position of Chief Operations Officer of Cherkizovo Group. Mr Cheeks has also been Production Director at Tambov Turkey since 2018. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’
s day-to-day operations and ongoing activities in line with performance targets, including operational efficiency, costs, and quality.
Prior to joining Cherkizovo Group, Mr Cheeks held senior positions in a number of major corporations, including Brown & Williamson Vintage Tobacco Coupons, Kraft Foods and POSS Design Limited.
He graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Director for Procurement, Logistics and Supplies, Member of the Management Board
Evgeny Subbotin has served as Director for Logistics and Supplies at Supply Chain since 2017. He is responsible for integrating the logistics operations of the Poultry, Meat Processing and Turkey segments into a single centralized structure. He also oversees the effort to bring the planning functions of sales, production, and packaging and ingredient supply within a single planning unit. Mr Subbotin is also in charge of designing and bringing on stream the Route to Market project.
He has 17 years of experience in procurement and logistics, including 15 years of managing supply chain and procurement in major corporations like Carlsberg Group (Vena and Baltika Breweries), Danone Group (Danone, Nutricia), and SC Johnson.He graduated from the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Road Transportation Management and Logistics.
Director for Strategy, Member of the Management Board
In this capacity, he is focused on the Group's strategy development and is responsible for M&A and asset integration, business development, and expert and methodological support for strategy development at different segments and functions.Prior to joining Cherkizovo Group, Mr Kletsko ran strategic development projects at major Russian and international companies, including Megapolis, Fesco, Rolf, and McKinsey & Company.
Head of the Legal Support and Real Estate Operations Department.

Yury Dyachuk has been Head of the Company’s Legal Support and Real Estate Operations Department since 2006. He has 14 years of experience as a practising lawyer, and was Head of the Group’s Legal Business Units for 12 years. In 2005, he was our senior counsel and managed the restructuring of Cherkizovo Group, after being Head of the Legal Department of AIC Cherkizovsky since 2001. He was Head of the Legal Department of Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant (CMPP) between 1996 and 2000, and was a member of the department from 1995 to 1996. He graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy in 1995 with a degree in Civil Law.
Head of IT, Member of the Management Board
Vladislav Belyaev has been Head of IT since February 2012. Between 2008 and 2012, he was Head of the Enterprise Management Systems Department
at Vimpel-KommunikatsiiOJSC. Prior to this, he held senior management positions at CafeMax CJSC and Moskovskiy Industrialny Bank OJSC. He is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Automation and Moscow State University.
Cherkizovo Trade House Director, Member of the Management Board
Oleg Zakov is responsible for management of poultry, turkey, pork meat and sausage products sales as well as marketing, product portfolio and accounts receivable. In addition to that, he is responsible for business processes development aimed to improve Trade House economic efficiency.
Before joining Cherkizovo Group, Oleg held the position of Deputy General Director and Sales Director at Fazer Company.
Oleg graduated from Ordzhonikidze State University of Management in 1996 with a degree of “
Economist-SystemEngineer of IT systems in management”; he also obtained an Executive MBA degree from SSE (Stockholm School of Economics).
Head of R&D, Member of the Management BoardArmen Pogosyan holds the position of R&D director since 2017.
His activity is directed at incorporation of new technology processes, business concepts, product development and optimization, providing expert support for production and marketing departments in innovations, normative documents and standards.
Armen has more than 15 years of experience in meat processing. His early career started at Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant in 2005, where he started as a specialist and later became a senior technologist.
Armen Pogosyan graduated Moscow State University of Applied Biotechnology with qualification of “
Engineer-Technologistof Meat Processing”, and later got a PhD degree in “Technology of meat, milk, fish products and refrigeration production”.
Head of Investment Projects Department, Member of the Management Board
Leonid Izmailov has been the Head of the Investment Projects Department at Cherkizovo Group since 2014. He is responsible for managing the construction process of major investment projects.
Between 2010 and 2014, Leonid was the Technical Director and Operational Cluster Director of AgroTerra LLC. Prior to this role, he held a number of senior management positions across a range of companies, including Russkiye Masla (now part of Kernel), Bunge, Unilever and Nestle Food.
Mr Izmailov graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in Chemistry.
Security Director, Member of the Management Board
Alexander Gusakov has been the Security Director of Cherkizovo Group since February 2016. He is responsible for the economic, information and physical security of the company and for ensuring the company’s security standards are being fully adhered to. As part of his role, he regularly interacts with the government authorities and security services on both national and regional levels.
Mr Gusakov has over 10 years of experience in corporate security. Prior to joining Cherkizovo Group, he worked in Henkel Rus, Zurich Insurance Company and Gazprom. Between 1981 and 2005, he worked in state security services.
He is graduated from The Higher School of the KGB with a degree in law.
Manufacturing Director, Member of the Management Board
Akim Tiunov holds the position of Cherkizovo Group Manufacturing Director.
His major focus is management of production segments of the Group, production strategy planning and development,
business-processoptimization aimed at efficiency growth and cost reduction, modern and innovative production technologies implementation.
Before joining Cherkizovo Group, Akim held the position of Manufacturing
Vice-Presidentat Kraft Heinz. From 2000 to 2007 he worked at big international companies, including OTIS elevators and Ford Motor Company.
Akim Tiunov is a graduate of Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University.
