The agreement was signed by Sergey Mikhailov, CEO of Cherkizovo Group, and Alexey Petunin, Deputy Managing Director of SAP CIS.

“We have revisited our strategy and now prioritize quality growth rather than growth in volumes, as we did previously. We clearly need cutting-edge solutions to maintain a rapid business growth and portfolio transformation towards our own brands with higher added value. Our cooperation with SAP helps us make sure that we employ international best practice tailored to our specific needs, including the use of innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. We can monitor all processes in real time,” said Sergey Mikhailov, CEO of Cherkizovo Group.
“Cherkizovo Group is our long-standing partner and one of the most innovative companies in the market. For instance, its automated plant in Kashira, which is unique in Russia and probably in the world, is based on SAP S/4HANA software platform. Continuous drive to boost performance is one of Cherkizovo Group’s top priorities. And this is exactly the focus of our partnership to come up with optimal and easy-to-deploy solutions for existing issues, build a long-lasting relationship and develop projects that will become benchmarks for the meat processing industry,” said Alexey Petunin, Deputy Managing Director of SAP CIS.
